As you have probably already noticed, the Coupon Sense Message Boards got a beautiful facelift this week. Although everything works just as it used to, we have some new graphics that we’d like to familiarize you with.

When a Forum contains posts that you have not yet read, you’ll see a basket full of goodies. When you have read all of the posts in a forum, you’ll see an empty basket. Once you enter a Forum, these same baskets will tell you whether or not any of the conversations, or threads, contains new material since the last time you visited.

The addition of a pencil cup tells you that this is a thread that you have participated in

When the baskets turn red, the conversations are considered to be “Hot” either because they have 15 or more replies or because they’ve been read 150 times or more.

Although we think that the new appearance far outshines the old one, we understand that not everyone may agree so we’ve made the old look available to anyone who would like to have it. To change from the New look to the Old one (and back again!), simply scroll all the way to the bottom of any Message Board page and from the drop down in the lower left-hand corner of the screen, select Default Style.
