To qualify for a credit, all of the following terms must be met:

2. The person you refer must enter both your FIRST and LAST name when they sign up.
3. The person you refer must remain active beyond the trial period.
4. Members may not refer each other. In other words, if Jen referred Lorri, then Lorri cannot refer Jen.
